Attorney Gretchen Brodigan is an experienced litigator who specializes in medical malpractice defense. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston, Massachusetts, for seven years. She has tried over forty jury trials in the Superior and District Courts, and has litigated countless motions and evidentiary hearings. She has worked with and examined numerous expert witnesses in all trial aspects. Attorney Brodigan received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College. During law school, Attorney Brodigan interned at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and was an American College of Trial Lawyers National Trial Competition Northeast Regional Champion. Prior to law school, she worked as the Citywide Violence Prevention Coordinator at the Cambridge Department of Public Health, which included partnering with the Cambridge Health Alliance to enhance identification of and improve intervention with families experiencing domestic violence in hospital and health care-based settings.
